The company offers a native mobile app that allows employees to efficiently manage their timesheets. They can easily enter their hours, view a summary of their previous time entries, and check their leave balances. The app also provides employees with an overview of any pending tasks related to their timesheets. This user-friendly interface makes it simple for employees to stay on top of their time tracking.

In addition, supervisors can use the same mobile app to access their employees' timesheets. They can review and approve the submitted timesheets, as well as view any pending approval tasks. This streamlines the supervisor's workflow and ensures timely approval of timesheets.

For companies that have upgraded to Costpoint 8, employees gain access to advanced expense functionality through the mobile app. This feature allows employees to easily capture expense receipts using ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition). They can also edit and claim any outstanding expenses, as well as create, edit, and submit expense reports.

Supervisors are also able to use the mobile app to approve expense reports, expense charges, and expense attachments. This convenient functionality simplifies the approval process and enhances overall efficiency for both employees and supervisors.
